The Alumni Association is interested in hearing about your Lane Tech experience and it’s effect on your future. What impacted you the most at Lane? The shop classes, the bell time, the courses offered, the student body, the teachers.....How did high school influence your life and career? If you’re interested in sharing your Lane Tech story, please either mail it to the Alumni office, or email your story to alumnioffice@lanetechalumni.org.

Please include your name and graduation year in your story. We are really interested in hearing from graduates during the early days of Lane as we are gathering information for the Centennial Celebration for 2008 and we would like to compile a book of memoirs. We are seeking alumni who wish to receive the Alumni Newsletter through email. If you are interested please email us at alumnioffice@lanetechalumni.org. We will be offering this option in our near future. We would like to get your response to see if there is a demand for it.

The Lane Tech Alumni Association was established through the efforts of the January and June classes of 1932 and their involvement in the school's Diamond Jubilee celebration in 1983. The organization grew and was incorporated in 1986. Its purpose is to promote and enhance the reputation of Lane Tech, to provide scholarships, to assist and meet with Lane Tech students in preparing them for higher education and life after graduation, to disseminate and publish information regarding the graduates' accomplishments, to preserve the history of Lane, and to foster a closer fellowship among the graduates. We have over 5,900 members all over the world.

So if your great-grandfather, grandfather, father, mother, sister, brother, cousin, aunt, uncle all attended Lane, we want to know. Please send us the names, relationships and year of graduation (if known).
